Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
The JOOVE Free tier is available at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy. Voluntary contributions made via the "Support the Project" page (one-time donations) are non-refundable unless made in error, in which case contact us within 48 hours.
JOOVE may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email before any price increase takes effect on your existing subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
